CITY RANCH EVENT AND LESSON POLICIES
Event Scheduling and Payment Policy
To reserve your event at City Ranch, either “on the ranch” or “off the ranch,” approval from our scheduling department is required. Upon approval, an invoice will be issued, and a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost is required to secure your event date. This deposit should be paid upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Full payment is required at the time of booking for events scheduled less than two weeks in advance. Failure to pay in full may result in the loss of your reserved date and time.
Event Cancellation Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will incur a $100 non-refundable fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. A 3% processing fee applies to all refunds. We also charge a 3% credit card surcharge, which is waived for debit card transactions. Bank payments may take up to 7 days to process.
In cases where City Ranch must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failures or extreme weather conditions, clients will receive a refund minus a 3% processing fee.
Lesson Scheduling and Payment Policy
Lessons at City Ranch can be scheduled on a monthly or per-lesson basis. Full payment for the month’s lessons is required in advance to maintain a consistent weekly schedule. Missed lessons can be rescheduled within the same month but are non-refundable if not utilized. For per-lesson payments, fees are due before each lesson begins.
Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a scheduled lesson. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the lesson, with no option to reschedule. Lessons canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled. Please ensure your contact information is up to date for timely communication regarding lesson changes.
Late arrivals more than 10 minutes late may not be accommodated and will forfeit the lesson without a refund.

- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Transactions may take up to 2 days to process. We pass a 3% credit card surcharge on to the client, not applicable to debit card transactions.
- Contact Information for Cancellations: To cancel a lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at 410-456-2195. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the lesson.
