General Questions
City Ranch is located at 123 Horseback Lane, Greenfield, GA 12345.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Event Questions
To book an event, please contact our scheduling department to check availability. Once your event is approved, an invoice will be sent. A 50% deposit is required to hold your event date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the event. For events scheduled less than two weeks in advance, full payment is required upon booking to secure your reservation.
City Ranch accommodates various events, including corporate outings, birthday parties, team-building activities, and unique “off the ranch” experiences. Contact us to discuss your specific event needs, and we’ll help arrange an unforgettable experience.
- What is your cancellation policy for events?
A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a $100 non-refundable fee, and a 3% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. If City Ranch must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failures, extreme weather), a refund will be provided minus the 3% processing fee.
Lesson Questions
We offer lessons for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Our lessons cover basic riding techniques, advanced riding skills, and specialized training.
Lessons can be scheduled on a monthly or per-lesson basis. Monthly lessons require advance payment for the entire month to secure a consistent schedule. For per-lesson bookings, payment is due before each lesson begins.
We ask all students to arrive at least 10 minutes before their lesson’s start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may forfeit your lesson without the option for rescheduling or a refund.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel a lesson. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. Lessons canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled.
Payment Questions
We accept payments via bank transfer and credit/debit cards. Bank transfers may take up to 7 days to process, while credit/debit card payments process within 2 days.
A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments, waived for debit card transactions. All refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Payments can be made through the invoice sent to your email. A 50% deposit is required to hold your event date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the event. Lesson payments are due monthly in advance or before each individual lesson.
Miscellaneous Questions
Yes, prospective clients are welcome to tour City Ranch. Tours are available by appointment during office hours. Contact us to schedule your visit.
We ask all students to arrive at least 10 minutes before their lesson starts to allow time for preparation and to ensure the lesson begins on time. If you arrive late, your lesson will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. For arrivals more than 10 minutes past the lesson’s start time, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the lesson will be forfeited without a refund.
